D2000 Safety Manages OTI's Portland Campus
The OSHA Training Institute provides a great resource for those who work in safety. This summer D2000 began managing the Portland campus of the Region X OSHA Training Institute (OTI) through the University of Washington's OSHA Education Center (click the link for a current schedule).
"There are hundreds of compliance officers and other safety professionals who use this resource every year," according to Harvey McGill, D2000's Manager of Training. "And OSHA is excited about the quality of training we provide and the numbers of people we reach."
The classes are held in Gresham, which is close to the freeways and Portland airport.
"It's a great location," Jim Johnson, D2000's CEO, said. "Hotels and restaurants are within walking distance and the classrooms are first-rate."
