"I do appreciate the training and support that your company gives us. Each trainer that has been out to train us . . . was great. I hope that you can pass along our thanks to the trainers and the company and tell them we'll be home later this year. Thank you again." --SSG Brandon Storm, 110th Chem. Battalion, US Army Client list & more comments

Industrial Hygiene Surveys can address concerns about any type of possible health hazards in your workplace. Whether you are conducting an annual audit or suspect a hazard, our consultants will address your concerns quickly and efficiently.
They have the knowledge to identify possible hazards and recommend the most effective abatement and control measures. Findings are communicated clearly in written action plans that prioritize recommended steps.
Our surveys can assess the following:
* Chemical, biological and ergonomic hazards. * Noise and heat stress exposures. * Physical hazards (fall protection, confined space, lockout/tagout). * Control programs, equipment, procedures, and policies.
Findings are listed in a comprehensive report that summarizes the survey results and recommends control measures. This gives you an action plan to help you focus your safety program efforts.
Benefits of Industrial Hygiene Surveys
An industrial hygiene survey can help you:
* Prevent work-related illnesses thereby reducing lost work days and workers' compensation costs. * Increase the effectiveness of your industrial hygiene program by focusing your safety efforts. * Improve employee participation and morale.
Our team of safety professionals is available to discuss the most efficient route between where you are now and safety excellence. For more information, contact one of our safety specialists for a free phone consultation at 800-551-8763.

Effective safety policies usually require clear, written communication. This means that employees and supervisors must have the right information at the right time to take the right action.
We have developed policies and training programs for scores of companies and government agencies. These include everything from tailgate safety meetings to full-blown training programs to safety policy manuals governing every aspect of an organization's activities.
Regardless of the scope of the challenge, our experts routinely convert complicated technical information into manuals, workbooks, job aids and intranet websites your people can use.
We also tailor our existing training programs to meet site-specific needs. For a list of available topics, check out our Safety Training page. We also have a large library of other courses we can adapt. So if you face any documentation or training challenges, give us a call at 800-551-8763.

Compliance with all safety regulations can be a full-time job, but many organizations may not have the internal resources or expertise needed. This is often true for many contractors, municipalities, and small- to medium-sized manufacturing companies. Let our experts handle all your safety needs for you.
We'll deal with the training, recordkeeping, inspections, and safety meetings while you focus on your core business. Most of our clients have us make regular visits for a day or so every month. During a typical visit our safety expert will:
* Conduct the safety meetinga nd deliver any needed training. * Perform a crew audit and tool inspection. * Conduct a facility inspection. * Update your safety records.
The result is compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and a safe work environment for your employees.

When workers at your site enter potentially hazardous environments - whether deep in a confined space or high overhead - protect them with the knowledge that the best on-site rescue services are just minutes away.
D2000 rescuers are:
* Highly-trained and experienced * Properly equipped, and * Serious about safety and saving lives.
Whether on- or off-site, our EMT-certified rescue experts never stop training and improving their skills.
Our rescuers are fully trained in:
* Confined Space Operations: Entrant/Attendant/Entry Supervisor * Confined Space Rescue * Trench Rescue * Hazmat Operations Level (Response) * Lockout Tagout * Fall Protection * Bloodborne Pathogens * Respiratory Protection * Rescue Equipment Maintenance and Inspection * Personal Protective Equipment Maintenance and Inspection
In addition, they are qualified to teach these subjects to your workers.
Once on site our people don't just sit back and wait for the call. As soon as they arrive at your facility, they take assertive steps to work with your safety staff and managers to identify and prevent problems from happening.
This includes:
* Reviewing your work and safety procedures. * Training (or retraining) workers in permit space entry, fall protection, respiratory protection, lockout/tagout and other safety areas. * Inspecting equipment and making equipment recommendations. * Supervising on-site safety procedures. * Conducting pre-job safety briefings. * Developing pre-incident plans (pre-plans) for confined space and high-angle rescue scenarios.
In addition, D2000 Rescue can provide complete industrial hygiene services.
Every standby rescue operation is different, so we begin with an in-depth assessment of your work environment and activities. This is best way of ensuring that our recommendations:
* Satisfy the regulatory requirements. * Integrate seamlessly with your corporate culture and work schedules, and * Provide your workers with the highest level of protection.
There are two states of readiness for our on-site rescuers:
Active Standby: The rescuers are partially suited-up at or near the work space and they are ready to begin a rescue operation immediately.
Standby: Rescuers are on-site and their equipment is accessible, but they are engaged in training workers, performing hazard assessments, developing pre-plans, or some other safety-related task.
Most projects involve a combination of these readiness states.
If you're serious about providing your workers with the best in on-site rescue, give us a call. We'll visit your site, get to know your needs, assess the work environments, and propose a solution that meets (or exceeds) your requirements at a fair price.
